What is the minimum stay?
Maha Artha is designed exclusively for stays of 30 nights or longer.
Are nightly or weekly stays available?
No. We focus only on monthly and yearly living, so there is no nightly or weekly booking option.
What is included in the monthly rate?
Electricity, water, gas and hot water are included under a reasonable fair-use policy. Final inclusions and stay terms are confirmed before reservation.
Is breakfast provided?
No. Breakfast is not included. Each studio has its own private kitchenette for independent daily living.
Does each studio have a private kitchenette?
Yes. Every studio has a private kitchenette with cooking facilities and a refrigerator.
Which studio has a bathtub?
Both Courtyard Bath Studios have a bathtub. The Balinese Gedong Studio does not.
Is the property suitable for remote work?
Each studio includes a dedicated chair or area that can be used for work. Wi-Fi speed is not published until it has been formally verified for your preferred dates.
How do I check availability?
Send your move-in date and intended stay length through the inquiry form or WhatsApp. The team will confirm the most suitable available studio.
Can I request an in-person viewing or video tour?
Yes. Select your preference in the inquiry form and the team will arrange it where possible.
Is a security deposit required?
The security deposit, payment schedule, occupancy and house terms are confirmed before the reservation.
Can I book for six or twelve months?
Yes. Rates are structured for stays from one month to twelve months, with longer-stay value shown on the rates page.
How far is the property from central Ubud?
Central Ubud destinations are approximately 5–15 minutes away by scooter, depending on traffic and your exact destination.
