Availability inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation. Availability and the exact physical studio must be confirmed by the Maha Artha team.
Minimum stay
Maha Artha accepts stays of 30 nights or longer only. Nightly and weekly stays are not offered.
Rates
Published rates are direct guidance and remain subject to availability, length of stay, studio type, occupancy and final confirmation.
Deposit and payments
The security deposit, payment schedule, payment method and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before reservation.
House terms
Occupancy, fair use, care of the studio, access, maintenance and other house terms are agreed before move-in.
